Fran studied the PME programme in UCD from 2018-2020, after previously doing an Arts degree in Maynooth. She is involved in several out reach projects that she facilitates and co-facilitates in her School Oaklands Community College in Edenderry. She created a workshop on digital storytelling for LCAs for the LCA digi-stories competition and showcase. Fran is also part of the Girls in STEM initiative in her school trying to promote STEM subjects to female students. As part of this project Fran also co-facilitates a lego club in school and our students are also participating in the FIRST Lego League competition at the end of the year. Fran also works as an assistant lecturer in UCD, looking at G-Suite in Education and podcasting in Education as well.
