Ellen completed the PME programme in UCD in 2021, having received the Roebuck Medal (PME), the NUI Dr H.H Stewart Literary Scholarship for English (BA), the UCD Bachelor of Arts Stage 2 Scholarship (BA), and the UCD Patrick Semple Medal (BA). She is now teaching in Kingswood Community College, an Apple Distinguished School, developing her trad-digital practice; a practice influenced by her collaboration with SchooVR. Ellen recently published an article in Stair, the HTAI publication, entitled Piecing Together the ‘Big Picture’ of the Past. She is currently collaborating with fellow history teachers in preparation for a NQT discussion panel at the national HTAI conference 2022.
